SCSK HAS ENTERED AN AGREEMENT WITH CITRINE INFORMATICS TO DISTRIBUTE THE CITRINE PLATFORM TO ENABLE CUSTOMERS IN JAPAN TO LEVERAGE CITRINE’S AWARD-WINNING AI-DRIVEN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM.

July 25, 2022 — REDWOOD CITY, Calif., TOKYO, Japan — SCSK has entered into a definitive agreement with Citrine Informatics to distribute and support the Citrine Platform for AI-driven product, formulations, and materials development to customers in Japan.

The Citrine Platform combines AI and smart materials data infrastructure to accelerate the development and deployment of materials, chemicals, and manufactured product. The software is used by global customers to increase the agility of Product Development and R&D — improving customer responsiveness, enhancing supply chain and regulatory resilience, and pushing the boundaries of possible performance. Citrine’s customers include Panasonic, Showa Denko, Lyondellbasell, and some of the biggest and most respected names in the materials and chemicals industry in Asia, North America, and Europe.

SCSK is a leading systems integrator in Japan, providing a full suite of software solutions to customers in the automotive and industrial sectors. SCSK has partnered with Citrine to provide the Citrine Platform to its growing number of customers seeking to leverage AI to accelerate materials, chemicals, and formulations development along with the products that rely on these inputs to enable differentiated performance.
