Citrine Informatics is the creator of the Citrine Platform, the best-in-class AI platform for data-driven materials and chemicals development. The platform is designed to be used by everyone in your organization, and it is supported by an experienced team of experts with 10 years’ pedigree helping customers take artificial intelligence to scale.

Citrine Informatics began in 2013 by Greg Mulholland and Bryce Meredig, graduates of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. They recognized that materials development can be challenging even for very large companies, and that the path from initial R&D to product development and manufacturing at scale can take years. The founders set out to build a system that would combine smart materials data infrastructure and AI, which accelerates development of cutting-edge materials, facilitates product portfolio optimization, and codifies a company’s research intellectual property, enabling its reuse and preventing its loss.

We envision a world with clean materials, used well. Our company mission is to enable a greener, more efficient world by accelerating the development and deployment of next-generation materials and chemicals.
