Data from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s Materials Database

This week we highlight the inclusion of data from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s Materials Database. This is a computational database that focuses predominantly on materials with applications in renewable energy, such as as photovoltaic materials, materials for photoelectrochemical water splitting and thermoelectrics. This data set contains over 38,000 data points including thermochemical properties and other information, such as band gaps, from GW calculations
